The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has evacuated a Kenyan citizen who was allegedly attacked in Albania.

A chartered plane carrying Joyce Aoko and her mother Ruth Aoko touched down at Wilson Airport on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

“I got information that my child had been attacked and she had been admitted to ICU. I started following up with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and I was able to travel to Albania where I stayed with my daughter for two months in ICU.
