Over the past few weeks Yoweri Museveni’s son Muhoozi Kaineguraba who is the general of the land forces of Uganda has been making headlines because of his Twitter messages. Kenyans came to know him better when he shared tweets in which he claimed that he would attack Kenya and take Nairobi as his own in less than two weeks.
This led to some tension between the two countries but he later apologized. This has not however stopped him from sharing controversial messages involving countries. Last evening Citizen TV shared a post on their Twitter page where they reported that a case has been presented in court to charge the Ugandan general of treason. This is after his messages of threatening to attack Kenya using his forces.
In response to the post Muhoozi laughed sarcastically and said that he will arrest the people that want to charge him with treason.
“Haha! Maybe I should arrest the ones who are charging me with treason?” Muhoozi said on Twitter.
