Preparing customer site for installation events, and assembling machines.
Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshooting
Preparing a weekly schedule
Preparing spare part orders and warranty claims
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Inform relevant Life fitness staff in a timely manner about discovered Technical Issues.
Installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits.
Inform relevant Field Staff about ongoing service activities and any issues affecting the customer or the quality of service.
Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring good working relationships with company customers and the company reputation is maintained.
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Follow the Service Technician’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
Key Qualification & Experiences:
Technical degree or technical certification – Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering preferable
Have 2 years’ proven work experience as a field technician
Experience with health fitness equipment will be added advantage
Experience in serving digital equipment is desirable
Valid driver’s license will be an advantage, as the job entails much travel to onsite locations
